“ My family went to Le Rustique over the Christmas break while skiing at Tremblant. Very worth the drive from the ski area to get dinner here. We shared the fried cheese curds which were a great appetizer. The elk burger was fantastic, but make sure to save room for the poor man’s pudding with a scoop of the home made small batch maple ice cream. This combo was one of the best desserts that I have ever had. ”
“ We loved the restaurant the minute we saw the outside, made it feel like Christmas still. We had reservations, but for a Saturday evening it was very quiet. We were take care off right away and the food was very good. We had burgers and steak and the salmon. The bison steak was very tender and delicious! The poutine was very good, we had it with the wild boar. The French onion soup was a little bitter for us. The sauce for the burgers were very good. We also had dessert, the homemade ice cream was delicious! The owner was very friendly and we also enjoyed a game of pool! ”
“ After a day at Mont Tremblant National Park, we were quite hungry when we came across Le Rustique Bar. We ended up ordering more than we planned, and everything was cooked to perfection. The crab cakes and salmon were particularly impressive. Although they had only one staff member on duty due to the Thanksgiving weekend, our ex7perience was still exceptional. When one of us inquired about ordering cocktails, the waiter initially mentioned that he could only offer beer. However, within the next 15 minutes, he surprised us with delightful cocktails, showcasing his lovely service. The warm hospitality truly made our meal enjoyable! ”
“ Le Rustique is a quaint restaurant with a large terrace and indoor seating area. There is a pool table and a selection of draft beers. The service is wonderful and the food is delicious! We had the crab cakes, bison flank steak, and the beef tartar. All dishes were delicious! We especially enjoyed the bison! The owner came out to speak with us which was wonderful! Outside there is a fire pit with lots of tables nearby. Suitable for small and large gatherings! This is definitely going to be a staple for future visits to the region! ”

You can tell they care about every detail without trying too hard to impress. The raspberry chocolate coulis? Out of this world. Still dreaming about it. Our waitress Noemie was the cherry on top — so charming, attentive, and genuinely delightful. She made the experience even more special. The whole place has a cozy, inviting vibe. “ My family of 6 went to Le Rustique after a day of activities, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious: bison ribs, grilled bison, filet mignon, and (especially) the maple salmon. The hit among everyone was the Pudding Chomeur and maple ice cream. It was fantastic and quickly devoured. We were surprised at the live music, which was wonderful and the perfect volume. Moreover, Russ, the owner came over and chatted with us. He was extremely welcoming, warm, and genuine. This place is truly a gem. ”

Food is delicious, everyone at my table had a different dish which were all loved. Do speak to the owner about the place - he is extremely friendly and made our dining experience! Maple ice cream is a must have. ”
